  • The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and clear images of the product.

Returning the Item

Once your exchange request has been approved:

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Clearly mention the exchange reference (if provided) on the package.
  • Ship the parcel to the return address shared by our customer support team.

Inspection & Approval

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange requirements. If approved, we will process your exchange according to product availability.

Exchange Options

You may exchange your item for:

  • A different size.
  • A different color (subject to availability).
  • Another product of equal or lesser value.

If you choose a product with a higher price, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refund Policy
